Mexican-style Shredded Cheese Blend
Pico de Gallo (link in post)

Sour Cream

Pickled Jalapeños Slices
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or Silpat.
Separate the Scoops! and lay out on the baking sheet, about 1/2 inch apart.
Top each cup with a spoonful of refried beans, followed by the cheese.
Toast in the oven for about 7 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Top each cup with pico de gallo, sour cream, and jalapeño slices.
